Dear Pros Fandom

We all want to heartily thank you for the pleasure and honour of serving as the mods of CI5_Box of Tricks since 2011. In that time, the Pros Big Bang community has brought 2,681,473 new words to the fandom along with accompanying art and vids and we are so proud of hosting BoT these past years.

Therefore, we regret to announce that as a group we have decided that that we are not able to continue running the Pros Big Bang challenge anymore due to other commitments.

However, it would be wonderful to turn over the helm to someone else, so if you are interested in continuing the endeavour please drop a line to prosbigbang@gmail.com.

Awww... that's so sad- I'd really love it to continue, but don't think there's any way I could take the helm- already swamped with commitments and in a permanent state of near-panic and that would probably cause total meltdown!! A huge, HUGE thank-you to you amazing team of mods. The BB is absolutely a highlight of my year and a stunning success! A jewel in Pros fandom's crown.

I very very very very very very much hope that there will be a handful of people who want and are able to take up the reins (I can't deny that my photo is in the dictionary opposite the definition for that well-known adage "could not organise a piss-up in a brewery").

Thank you all for your hard work. I'm very sorry to see it go, but I appreciate that it must take a lot of organisation and commitment. It has been hugely successful (just look at that word count!) and enormously enjoyable, so thank you for making it happen.

I certainly have no problem answering any new mods questions although I would want to be sure not to step on any toes. I'm sure any new folks who want to take over will have ideas and suggestions that will work just fine.
