I got through the really difficult section and have now come to the big wall (not like Trump's)of how to resolve a major impasse between our lads.

Ah right, yes. An update! Weeeell, my lads haven't actually even met each other yet. Doyle has had a challenging encounter on the first page. Cowley has been very Scottish and unimpressed with him on the second page. Doyle's gone to the pub on the third page. There are no more pages.

Research! I'd completely forgotten how much I love research... um, that's pretty much all I've done in the last few days, and it'll be about three sentences come the final product. But wheeee! \o/

As far as the actual fic goes... Anyone else have problems with them bickering interminably? Bodie is about to strangle Doyle, and Cowley will murder the both of them if he ever catches up. *g*

So true. They are both very strong willed - - some would say stubborn. The real trouble is they make think the same, but they don't want to say it. Thanks for the note.

After having read many of your stories, I know your 100 words will be the opening to a great story. I just wish the wall wasn't so formidable. Two macho men who can't just come out with it. Thanks for writing.

So I've finally put some words in order. I'm over the minimum so I'm happy. I said I wouldn't write a long story and I have refused to do so. Maybe. I also have not met my deadline of having my rough draft finished by March 31. I have one more scene to write and I have no desire to write more today. So maybe I will change it to April 2. *bg*

It was a near thing, Debbie - the hussy - nearly took off with Doyle, but of course Bodie saved him.

In the meantime things are slowly progressing and you might get further news in the foreseeable future (you will notice I'm not committing myself) ;)
