This week's check in comes after our charming and talented artists have been assigned their charming and talented writers. So we can finally hear from the art side of our challenge team.

How are things going, artists? Are you excited about the story you claimed? Do you have lots of ideas?

And for the writers, how's your writing going? Are you eagerly looking forward to the September deadline, or starting to have a bit of a meltdown?

The lads are eager to hear your stories!

Remember the deadline is sort of a suggestion. (Shhh, don't tell anyone I said that.) Depending on the posting date for your story, you potentially have more time. And if time is an issue, you can let us know and we can make sure you get one of the later posting dates. All dependent on your writer's availability.

LOL! Thanks! I was thinking of asking if maybe the story could be scheduled to be posted at a later date. I'll check with the author about it once I hear back from her. :-) Thanks so much, Hon. :-) Hope you and the family are all well. Missed seeing you and Sally at MW. It was a nice con if rather small and intimate.
