I've finished the Final Final No Really I Mean It This Time version of the artwork for both my lovely writers and I'm eagerly awaiting the final versions of their wonderful stories so I can go SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeee!!!! over them some more. (There has been much SQUEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeee!!!!ing already.)

Actually, my hope is to hand off a decent draft to the betae by this weekend (I originally said Friday, but my laptop has malware so there's been lots of writing by hand the last couple of weeks). I don't know where the extra burst came from, but it's about spent itself now (thank god).

Doyle's now only mildly pissed off at Bodie. Bodie got self-defensive angry, but really realized there wasn't much he could say. And deus ex machina came -swooping- down and moved things along. :D

I'm not sure the actual *characterization* is there, but we'll see what we can do.

Thus goeth the BB. :D

Panic, Flap, Panic, Trying mainly to sort out current lack of roof on house before the rain returns, but finally have at least something for both my writers... now I have to panic a bit more and get some more done (preferably relevant to the plot) before the deadline. It's been a totally manic few months and I'm a little over my head with Stuff-To-Do at the moment, but hey- we'll have something at the end now at the worst, and a bit more at the best...O.o Don't have a desk at the moment so it's all working from the lap when the cats aren't getting in the way!

I have nearly read through the entire story! *g* See, though that's shocking. I usually edit obsessively, but this particular story has been difficult that way. Still, I'm encouraged because while I'm finding things to polish and hone, I'm not finding anything I need to completely rewrite. Whew! I'm hoping to finish the edits this weekend, and then just polish until posting date. I sent it off to my third beta, and she loved it, so that's encouraging as well!
