Notes: HUGE thanks to my wonderful writer, Garonne, for the opportunity to illustrate her equally-wonderful story. I've had so much fun working with you!
Huge thanks also to the BB mods for the fantastic job they've done getting us all organised for PROS BB 2015. You girls rock! :-)

Well done and nice work! :D

I like the way you put us in the scene. I can almost hear the conversation in the first two.

Love them - so athmospheric, full of tension and wonderfully done! Looking forward to the story!

Wanted to say here as well what FANTASTIC illustrations these are. So dramatic, and their composition is flawless. :))

The art is fantastic! Very dramatic with the blue and the layers - and all those bullet holes in the last one. :-)
I am now so curious what the story is like.
Thank you so much for your hard work!

Just a question. I just wanted to integrate it into the story, but I can't open the files though they are jpg. Am I doing something wrong???

[identity profile] firlefanzine.livejournal.com 2015-10-10 12:02 pm (UTC)(link)
I just clicked onto the picture with the right mouse button and there I did chose 'save as picture'. And I found it in my download folder as an jpg but couldn't open it.

But now it works perfectly with your links, thank you very much! :-)

Will do!

But I wanted it to read with your beautiful pictures! And I think I found the right places where they belong. :-)

Btw. I use PSP (X6) as well. But mostly the filters and the 'image artefact remover' tool. I still prefer the very old Picture Publisher. But from your results, PSP looks like a very usefull programme! :-)

Ooooh yeah! I really wish you know, that people would read the story before looking at the artwork. (So far I have looked at lots of artwork and only read one story). My excuse is that I'm STILL editing and once I've posted will be reading like a maniac. However, I can't but resist looking at the artwork, and this is lovely, lovely layerey artwork. Well done that artiste.

Thanks! It's actually one of the first wallpapers I've made for Pros(first post in my journal).

Good tip with the youtube vids!
I really don't know how long my old programme will work with new operating systems - so I have to work with PSP sooner or later.

'who COULD resist a new vid or piccie of Bodie and Doyle?'
-Nah, couldn't do it. You couldnt even PAY me to do it.
'Just a little more effort and you'll be done and posting and collecting all the plaudits!!!'
-Now I REALLY don't know about that one, I was picturing more getting me coat and sloping off...
'Run, boothros! RUN!!!!'
-Believe you me after posting day, I will be, very quickly indeed...

'you'll incur the wrath of the CI5 stoats (which is a terrible thing to behold' - :(

'Margaritas will be served shortly, so just make yourself at home' - :)

'You're running *to* the Finish Line - not *away as fast as you can once your story has been posted' - Ahh, you saw through my cunning plan.

'Well, not unless you have a racehorse stashed somewhere close...' I can get a brown one, but not a white one. I can only imagine a white one capable of out running stoat wrath.
