I love it, all of it, the football analogy and how they spend time together in front of the telly, and how Bodie takes care of Doyle in the most tender way, but most of all the way you manage to make perfectly clear they love each other without them ever having to express it verbally. :-)

I´m here, finally.
I have to stop for a bit and take a breath and some time before I start on your story, I´m just so looking forward to it, it´s not funny any more. *g*

The Art is wonderful, and I have to admit I was told a bit of the plot, just to talk Art of course!

And NOW I´ll start it. Plunging in!
Thank you so much for sharing and writing and - okay, I´m off for real now!
Honest!

I just read the story and it's great. First it is the "construction" of the story, like football, the two different points of view (two halves of a game) and the extra time. It is the way you didn't write what happened at the end of part two, and I had to read the extra time oh so quickly, because I was *really* afraid. That is building up tension!

Second it is the way you are writing. Nothing soppy, no hours-long-discussions about their relationship, but just both men acting like they would in an episode (well.. with a bit of afters added *g*).
