Deadline Day!

Today is September 23rd, the deadline for final drafts from writers and rough drafts from artists. Remember writers, you still have tweaking time, but we do need to see that the story is pretty much complete. Artists, you have a little more time but you should have your rough drafts well under way and sent in.

If you haven't yet sent us your files and can't quite remember how to do that, just go HERE .

If we haven't heard from you by the end of the day, expect an email asking for an update. If anybody is having problems, drop us a line at prosbigbangtwo@gmail.com. We're here to help :)

Thanks for being part of this year's Big Bang, everyone. We're looking forward to so much new reading material and artwork!

I was a leettle nervous this year. I have never been doing actual writing the week of the deadline--finished this sucker on Tuesday and self-edited the last bits on Wednesday and Thursday. Whew. And having said over and over lately, this is it--no more Big Bang, they take too long, I got an idea for another long story...

But the current one was finished and turned in on time, so yay. Let's see what everyone wrote. What--a week from now, right?

Well I'm done, if not entirely dusted. I have pressed send and the story is submitted. But there's cutting it down to the wire, and then there's OMG the deadline passed ten minutes ago :o.

Seriously, unless I win the lottery and can give up work, this really has to be the last year. (I think I told myself something similar last year, and then I succumbed at the very last minute. Will I never learn?).

Anyway, I'm so excited. Just a week to go until there's an abundance of new Pros fic to read.
