Date: 2011-06-15 09:58 pm (UTC)In spite of all that, and with the timely brainstorming session with my beloved beta, I now have roughly 18,000 words and all my holes are plugged! (although there are continuity issues I will need to fix in the second draft)
I think I might just get this little sucker done on time rather than submitting a partial and a promise of completion.
As for music, well, I try not to think of music while I'm writing because then I just sing along and the lads are left there standing with their hands on their hips, glaring at me to 'just bloody get on with it already!' (everyone's a critic - my singing voice isn't that bad!)
