The deadlines for fic and art grow ever closer (la la la....I'm not listening...) and I'm just here to ask how you all are doing?   Writing, scribbling, painting, vidding - let us know how it's going.  And feel free to use the comments to ask for pointers, opinions, help with certain details, or simply just to flail and cry and share the misery! *g*

Fanfiction Generator - enter a few words and it creates a whole story for you.   Coherence and well-thought-out plotline most definitely optional, but it's a hoot and a half and great distraction material!



Online Paint - I have lost HOURS arsing about with this.  I don't know why it's so addictive - something about the virtual paintbrush I think.  But see...this is the kind of masterpiece of the Lads (or at least one of them) that you could be creating...

I'm finished with my story and it's back out for reading to tweak out those last few places I've screwed up things when I edited. I've talked to my artist and she's busy creating her own masterpiece. :)

I'm Dreaming Of An Irritable Christmas

It was Christmas Eve. bodie sat siftly on the bed, sipping exquisite eggnog.

He looked at the experienced wall hanging on the Christmas Tree and sighed. Last year, doyle had hung it there, just before they looked at each other throatily and then fell into each other's arms and kissed each other's cock.

If only I hadn't been so intelligent, bodie thought, pouring a tough amount of rum into his eggnog. Then doyle might not have got so ethereal and left me all alone at Christmas time. He wiped away a muscular tear and held his mouth in his hand.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door and then a masculine voice lifted strenuously up in song.

bodie ran to the door. It was doyle, looking fey all over with snow.

"I missed you angrily," doyle said. "And I wanted to kiss your cock again."

bodie hugged doyle and started to sob.

"I think you're drunk," doyle said.

"I think so too," bodie said and they kissed each other's cock until they knocked the Christmas tree over.

On Christmas Day, they ate roasted cat arse and lived shyly until bodie got drunk again.

OY! That online paint is awesome and a complete way to procrastinate--as I have been doing all day instead of writing much on my story. At least things are progressing in the right direction. lol

Pilgrim's Progress:

• Still working wacky hours, and now I have someone else's job to do... I'm seriously considering finding a cheap rate and holing up in a hotel somewhere for a weekend to put a dent in the final stretch. We'll see.


• But my problem is solved now, and I'm revising left and right again. There are some very awesome people out there.


• Yesterday, my artist sent a preliminary Bodie sketch. OH, MAN. :is gobsmacked: I am a *really* lucky person to have her as an artist. :D
