Hey, Pros Big Bang! How's it going this week? Writers, are you putting those finishing touches on your drafts? Artists, are you busy drawing, vidding, manipping, or what have you? Got your scenes to illustrate all picked out? Got anything you want to talk about? As always, feel free to keep us updated on your progress in the comments!

(I have no fun pictures or links for you, alas, because I am a little busy this week visiting family. I will say that the Pros-related highlight of my trip has been watching episodes of George Gently with my father, showing him a picture of Doyle, and then attempting to convince him that Martin Shaw is the guy in both those pictures.)

Feeling cautiously optimistic. My daughter has day camp all week, so I MUST write while she is gone. First day and have finished one scene and started another. I'd hoped for only five to six scenes more, but now anticipate one of two extra to finish this darned thing. Why do I always write so long?
And not a dinosaur in sight. Nor stoat nor hedgehog.

My artist has started on an exciting vid and I look forward to seeing the entire thing.

I haven't written anything at all since the last check-in. I'm not too far from the end, but now I must be careful not to get complacent!

In the meantime my artist has been incredibly productive and produced lots of beautiful art. I should follow her good example :)

I'm really enjoying working with my writers (they're both lovely) and I'm now in the creative phase that is 'Endless Tinkering.' This artistic phase is characterised by the making of many, many, minor adjustments to the artwork and then inflicting them all on my long-suffering but wonderfully-tolerant writers with the initially innocuous leading question that is 'what do you think about this version, compared to the previous eleven?' Good times. :-)

Heart in mouth as I decided to uninstall then reinstall video software. What a time for it to start behaving like a complete arse during a Big Bang?!
One person who is behaving like a true legend is my wonderful writer. Could I really ask for more from this life?
Well it would be lovely to hear from the artist for my fic. But she's got ages yet and it IS a long fic, I'm sure she'll come up trumps for me.
Is it normal to start dreaming about mustelids or is this a BB thing?

Well, if your artist drops out of contact -- though you're right, there's still some time left, so I'd say waiting a bit would be fair -- feel free to email us at the mod address. :)
