Posting 1 Pros Big Bang signups opening soon!
Well, here we are! Pros Big Bang signups are opening soon with a brand new Mod Squad this time round. We have big shoes to fill, but they have been great teachers. The best news is we get to keep the brilliant artwork of
norfolkdumpling. We are so happy to have permission for the continued use of her banner and icon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
The new Mod Squad:
boothros,
golden_bastet,
krisserci5
loxleyprince
mab_browne, and
merentha13. WE are here to help, answer questions, and for general all-round encouragement.
Now on to the regular business!

Date: 2016-01-27 06:11 pm (UTC)I asked how was that determined (I just knew that I was still alive and in the fandom) and the person said that it had to have new fic on a regular basis, and more than a few fans.
At a ZCon panel in 2007, there were over 75 folk in attendance at each panel, and I go to several cons a year and everyone of them has a Professionals panel!!!!
So . . . we are alive and kicking - a fandom with lots of new fic yearly, a long history, really good-looking men to drool over, I mean admire, and we have fans like us!

Date: 2016-01-28 02:30 pm (UTC)Pros has never been dead *shakes head* to me a fandom of two, and not necessarily writers or artists, either, just fannish squee shared, is a Fandom.
It's not a big fandom, but it has longevity and staying power. We can trace it back to the 70s, !!!!
Also, aaaah, Escapade, always wanted to go to it (I'm in Europe, I need lots more money ;)
