Hi All!!!

Are you sitting at your or near the instrument of chaos? Sitting there knowing its the reason, the only reason you signed up, it made you do it, and are now pondering how to dispose of it and make the rest of us believe that it was an accident or, better yet, an act of god. . . lightening, perhaps.

There may be folks sitting happily typing away . . .sigh.

I know which group I am in, how about you?

February was going pretty well - I have an idea, I'm about 38 words out from the first draft minimum, I know what comes next, Bodie and Dole have even met... all far ahead of the regular schedule.

But now it's slowing down, mostly by things happening at work.

I'm trying to be mellow about it, but I'm not happy at all.

That said, I also have a couple of plot bunnies that could work for the BistoCon zine. So yay! for that.

Snail - you have two (short) sentences more than I do - so you're not alone in reconsidering that 'good' idea!

Don't be jealous, because this never happens like this, and right now the writing's on hold. :-(

But - journey, thousand miles, single step. It's still March! And if you're like me normally, you will write 75% of the story after September 1st anyway. :D

It's a good idea! It's a good idea! Believe it. Especially if the two sentences include the words "Bodie," "Doyle," and / or "sex." :DDD

Just shy of 5,000 words too hoo!! So already at minimum draft requirement, just got to finish it before time runs out, still if the world grinds to a halt I should have plenty of time.

:-(( I lost a draft I stored at AO3. That's a zine story idea. I'll recreate it, I hope soon. And I have a different zine idea, which I need to copy from my new AO3 draft so it doesn't vanish before I can work on it.

As for the BB, I have an idea and have planned research for it but not found the sources I need yet. Agh. I hope that works out, because otherwise I need very specific Brit-checking and I don't know whom to ask. So it's all a bit depressing so far. But only March!

I'm so sorry, it's horrible when things disappear. And it's never the same when you rewrite it, although sometimes it might be better. So excited that we might get one (or more) things from you for the zine!

I hate when I somehow lose something I've written. Its very frustrating. Hope you can remember enough of it to rewrite.
