Date: 2012-04-27 06:37 pm (UTC)In flats these days, the post either gets delivered through your individual door or dropped off in a pigeon hole/box thingy on the ground floor for you to pick it up when you can. Only recently did they start putting locks on them though, as you can't really trust anybody these days. I hope this helps. :)
