...to say farewell.

On behalf of callistosh65 and myself, I'd just like to thank you all for helping make the first annual Pros Big Bang such a lot of fun.

The the writers, artists, and vidders, thank you so much for generously sharing your talent, creativity, and awesomeness.

To Pros fandom in general, thank you for cheerleading, supporting, and providing encouragement to everyone involved.

To norfolkdumpling, thank you for contributing such a fabulous banner graphic, and then helping your style sheet-impaired mods get it properly installed on the comm.

And to my lovely co-mod, callistosh65, thank you for embarking on this whirlwind journey with me, for always being the voice of reason, and always being enthusiastic. It's been a wonderful experience.

Here's hoping we're all mad enough keen enough to do it all again next year.

Fortunately September wasn't really busy, so I could manage to read most of the stories, and I'm deeply impressed!
The stories and the art are just stunning! The mods were fanastic!
I had many sleepless nights, funny moments at work and deep sorrows while sitting in the garden enjoying the last rays of sunshine! :-)

Thank you all for that!
And I really hope that was the first of many Big Bangs!

It's been a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for all the organisation - and the unfailingly cheerful responses to panics over aspects of posting!

It's quite fabulous to find so much talent all willing to contribute to long illustrated stories in one of my top fandoms. And having been offline most of Septemeber I am only just starting to read so autumn will be full of goodness! As someone else mentioned, I hope people don't mind feedback months after publication - but speaking as a writer I adore getting unexpected feedback months or even years after the initial 'event'!!

I'm not sure I can get into gear again for next year (less than 12 months, for goodness sake!) but I suppose if I start now and consider everything I write/dream/drabble as potential BB material, so that I save it and expand it etc. there might be a chance! But after such a successful start I'm sure you will inspire as many people to participate next time - and the next - and...

I am in awe. Absolutely gobsmacked in awe of what Pros fandom and its fabulous writers have produced. This is bounty unbelievable and so welcome. You guys make this fandom the most wonderful place. I haven't read all the stories yet but I am looking forward to a lovely warm winter curled up with this incredible gift of long stories. Cheers to you all
