I finally wrote my first new words on the bloody thing in far too long yesterday. I'm nudging close to 11,000, which means 4,000 to go for the rough draft deadline. No problem. (I hope.) Of course, I'm guessing the whole thing is going to be close to 30,000, so that's a lot of writing still to go.

A song that leaps to mind, huh? I'd have to say How Did It Come to This by, yes, Take That. You had to know it was going to be a TT song, yeah? :-/

A good thing. I was beginning to think this story just wasn't going to happen. (Seems my muse just wanted to get a certain other story done first. Stoopid muse.)

New words are awesome. Especially since it's started to flow nicely again. Seems my muse just had to get something out of its system first. ::eyes muse's sparkly manband outfit suspiciously::
